Episode 156 / Where Were You In The Summer of Love

ColinEpisode156

It’s time once again for some more psychedelic oldies! We cheerfully bring you another helping of animated lysergic psychedelia on this outing of the Captain Maniac Show, entitled “Where Were You In the Summer of Love”. As we say in the show, although the actual Summer of Love was 1967, this doesn’t necessarily mean that our entire episode contains songs from that year. On the contrary, we’ve already included plenty of 1967 tunes in previous Psychedelic Oldies broadcasts, so some of tonight’s songs could possibly be from an another dimension entirely. But as the Belfast Gypsies joyfully proclaim, “People Let’s Freak Out”!
